HTML files can open BROWSERS

Is there any file that can open REGEDIT?

I can't actually open REGEDIT, because accidentally I messed it up

there are two solutions here although you've probably tried one of them already:

If you did as I suggested and download HIren and create a bootable usb or disc you can

• Boot to Hiren
• Select the Mini Windows XP
• Run regedit and load the registry hive file
• Make the needed chagnes
• Unload the hive
• Reboot
