Is Windows 11 Using Too Much Data?

Windows is apparently using 250 GB of data in the past month, but the applications do not add up to the total.

I have checked that Windows Delivery Optimization is turned off, and it has been for the measured time period.

Is this amount of usage normal, and if so is there any way for me to reduce the amount I use?
