Windows 7 Issues with Blue Screen

I am a rookie on this stuff, do you know what this means?

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium Dell Inspiron 560
Service Pack 1
64 bit system
E6700 3.2ghz
6 gigs memory

Here is the message after reboot/recovery:

The webcam driver needs to be un-installed and then re-install this one:

Regarding your other driver, it's normally included in Western Digital software. Probably back up software, are you running or have run such applications?

My Dell has served me well and recently had the Blue Screen plus sometimes the computer will become sluggish and only a reboot helps. The shutdown takes forever and sometimes the shutdown results in a Blue Screen of Death. I have attached the relevant info...if there is anyone who can help, please let me know. I am attempting to avoid having to buy a new computer.

I've accomplished all the steps except:

I cannot determine how to update the QuickCam drivers. Their site is complicated and all the downloads are huge and don't seem to connect to Windows 7 specifically.

I also have no idea how to remove wdcsam64.sys from my system. Can you point me in any directions on both of these?

I did a little googling for the web cam and eventually came up with these two web pages. One is an actual download whilst the other explains how to get later versions of the driver working under win 7:

This just gives a choice in which way you want to tackle the issue..

After some searching around this driver: wdcsam64.sy I think what you need to update is this:

Either you had it installed or still use it but regardless I'm pretty sure it's this that needs updating. Post back if I'm incorrect and let me know what software your using in connection with your external drives.

I am so very grateful for this advice but I find the Logitech stuff too techie for me. I'm a desk jockey without really a formal computer background. Is there another way to simply install the update without learning codeing or hack stuff? lol

On the WD stuff, not sure what you mean, can I just remove the driver? How do I just remove the driver? Not sure on where to go to remove it but I'd like to try removing it and not worry about keeping it. Thanks.

I am attempting and wanting to remove this driver, but can't find the program that is it's "mother". Here is a list of all my programs installed. I welcome any suggestions for BSOD removal items on this list. I am willing to remove anything but what's essential and I'm paring it out.

Hmm... well I cannot see anything on there which may be related.. You could try using the search function, finding the driver and then renaming it to something else so as to break it. Although I tend to feel that if your not getting bsods at the moment it might be worth just seeing how you go?
