This is something I should have returned. When I Google print screen there are a zillion answers but only one was right-it has no print screen. I like Snipping tool but miss the direct print screen. Also, it is always trying to connect with a poorly designed blue tooth or unifier. I am always hittting the poorly places caps lock.
The keyboard short cuts are not functioning as they should. I don't think this is a lemon just a bad deal to avoid.
Please do not report you found a print screen set of keys. TY

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the keyboard shortcuts on your device, particularly related to the Print Screen function and the Caps Lock key. Here are some steps you can take to address these common problems:

### Print Screen Shortcut:
If the traditional Print Screen key isn't working as expected, you can try the following alternatives:
  • Windows Key + Print Screen: Saves a screenshot to a Screenshots folder in your Pictures library.
  • Alt + Print Screen: Captures the currently active window.
  • Fn + Insert: Some keyboards use the Insert key for Print Screen functions.
  • Using Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch: These tools offer more flexibility in capturing specific areas of the screen.

### Caps Lock Issue:
If you find yourself accidentally hitting the Caps Lock key, you can try the following solutions:
  • Third-Party Tools: Tools like AutoHotkey can remap the Caps Lock key to a different function.
  • Key Remapping: Some keyboards allow you to remap keys using their software.
  • Physical Modifications: Consider removing or blocking the Caps Lock key if it's not needed.

### Troubleshooting:
  • Keyboard Settings: Check the keyboard settings in Windows for any custom configurations that might be affecting the key functions.
  • Driver Updates: Ensure your keyboard drivers are up to date.
  • Physical Inspection: Check the physical condition of the keys for any obstructions or damage.

If these steps do not resolve the issues, you may want to consider getting your keyboard checked or replaced, especially if the keys are consistently registering incorrectly.
