I have a customer who's numlock is beeping, only the numlock, not caps lock or scroll lock. The customer has bitlocker and entering the bitlocker code works fine with the number pad, but then once in Windows, the number pad will no longer work as it should. They are using an HP Folio 9470m laptop with a docking station. I have tried replacing the dock and keyboard, plugging the keyboard into the dock and into the laptop itself, and checked all of the possibilities of the Ease of Access center. So far nothing has worked. Please help if you can, would be much appreciated.
