Hi,
You are my last hope to solve my problem. I need to change my system language to English, but after an update to 1803 the language icon has disappeared from the control panel. But the biggest issue appears when there are no languages under the "+" button in language and region tab in system settings. I have simply no idea how to manage this bug, I need to get voice recognition and my current system language does not support it.
Please help me :C

If not, add English as the preferred display language. 2. Check Language Packs: - Make sure that the language pack for English is installed. In the same Region & Language settings, verify if the desired language pack is present. 3. Add Preferred Language: - If English is not listed, click on "Add a Language" and select English as the preferred language. This should add English language options to your system. 4. Set English as Default Language: - Once English is added, click on it and select "Set as Default" to make it the primary display language for your system. 5. Remove Other Languages (If Necessary): - If unnecessary languages are listed, you can remove them to avoid confusion by clicking on them and selecting "Remove." 6. Download and Install Language Pack (If Required): - If English language options are missing, you might need to download and install the English language pack separately. 7. Accessibility Options: - To enable voice recognition, ensure that the required speech and typing options are available under Language settings. 8. Check System Locale Settings: - Verify that the system locale is set to English. Search for "Region" in the Start menu, select "Region Settings," and check the formats under the Administrative tab. 9. Check for Updates: - Make sure that your system is up to date by checking for any pending Windows updates that might address language-related issues. 10. Restart Your System: - After making these changes, restart your computer to apply the language settings properly. These steps should help you resolve the issue of missing language options and enable you to set English as the primary display language on your Windows 10 system.
