I have a piese of software that I purchased that works great on my win 7 laptop but will not start on my win 7 desktop. When I click the icon I get the rotating circle that indicates that it is losding but after several seconds it quits turning an disappears. The progran wil not run. I have tried all compatibiltiy setting and am now at a loss. Where could I look next?
