Windows 7 Login issue

Not sure where best to post this but here goes, I had forgotten my password and while going thru the procedure to reset it I found what appears to be where someone has hacked the forum. As I was trying to remember my password I got the screen shown below.

"Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!"

I clicked on the word "click" instead of the word "here" and was directed to a Amazon site. Happened a couple times. Please direct this issue to whom ever would be the one to take a look at it.
