yes its SP1.
This was a known problem with Windows 7 but was fixed in Service Pack 1. Can you first check to see if you have Service Pack 1 installed?

It could be caused by a recent hardware/software change and you should consider that possibility first. If yu have made no such changes then try using the clean boot procedure to try and identify the cause - it's a process of elimination to help try and identify what service or driver might be causing the problem. It is a slow process which you need to work through carefully but should help you home in on the cause:
