Windows 7 Logon Sound

I change the logon sound to a custom wav I made which works when I hit Play, but when I start my computer I don't hear anything. I even checked off Play Startup Sound, but it plays something else... I even did a search on my harddrive to find that specific wav file and can't even find it. Anyone have a clue?
