Windows 7 Lost Admin Privileges: Need Help Restoring Access Without Reinstalling Windows 7

I was in the user settings earlier, and accidentially removed the admin privilages on the only account which had them. I've tried booting to the last known good config, but with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd like to avoid reloading 7 if at all possible.

You can try looking at this article and see if it helps, according to them, when there are not admin users on the computer, the hidden admin account might be available if you boot into safemode give it a try and see if it helps at all, also there is a link to another possible solution.
