Installed DVD no response. Went to Computer no display of DVD device.Went to device Manager it showes DVD but has the yellow road sign. Did some trouble shooting.
Results:
1. HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH40N ATA DEVICE HAS A DRIVER PROBLEM
2. Device status; windows canno start this device because its configuration information (in the regitry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
I tryed to update driver and it tells me my present drive is the latest version
What should i try next?
