Windows 10 Lost Desktop just 50%

Hello

Booted into windows 10 normally and received the attached desktop and cannot find a way to get the desktop back to normal.

first of all your destop is the background area and that remains full size
what you are looking at in that screenshot is the taskbar being stretched upto its full high and you can drag it back down by placing your mouse icon at the top line of the taskbar [the curser will change shape when over the correct area] left click {hold the button down} and drag down
