Windows Vista MacBook Pro? Vista?

I'm looking at the MacBook Pro as a possible new PC. Are there any significant issues with Vista on the Mac? I'll be using it for games, maybe DOS Box, digital media and Internet. I'm asking because I'm sorta interested in having Mac OS X as a secondary for various reasons. Otherwise, I'd be going with another machine.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
