I have now twice changed my memory timings upon reboot in windows fails saying I have to do a repair one time it was a Corrupt volume , the next time cause was found when repair checked files. I do not understand how changing memory timings in BIOS would cause this. However using the W7 Disk and using the repair feature fixed the problem in both cases.:p
