MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Error in BSOD

#1
Hello, I have had many problems with the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD in the past. So I reinstalled Windows, ran all the updates and such, and I randomly got a Blue Screen that said "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" as the error. Please Help!

"Scorpio"PC Specs:
MSI NF980-G65 (AMI BIOS is at ver 1.20, scared to update to 1.40)
AMD Phenom II x955 Black Edition Quad Core
4gb(2x2gb)Corsair XMS3 DDR3 RAM @ 1333Mhz
EVGA GeForce GTX 260(Regular)
Corsair AX1200 1200 Watt Power Supply
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Heres the minidump folder, I've had only two BSOD's. They both held the same error.
Please Help!

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html

At work we run diagnostics on every system that we take in for repair (before we even start working on it). At a minimum, please run the free diagnostics here: Initial Hardware Diagnostics. For more in-depth diagnostics, please run those listed here: Hardware Diagnostics

Remove the wireless USB XBox controller software, then physically remove the device from your system to test.

Thank you so much, Usama. I managed to update the drivers and not a single BSOD since!
