Windows 7 Microsoft Fixit Program for Windows 7

How can I install Microsoft Fixit Program to Install/Uninstall files so that the Fixit Program does not have to be downloaded each time it is used?

The way I understand it, a Fixit script is built for different reasons, but they are specific for that situation.

Do you have some situation that is requiring you to run one particular Fixit over and over? Have you looked at the "Fix it Yourself" section to see what it might be doing to repair some problem?
