Windows 7 Missing OS

Tried to restore from windows 10 debacle. Ended up trying to reset to factory settings. Now I'm getting missing OS message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (HP laptop)

Hi Tony,
how did you install windows 10? If you upgraded then you should still have the old os somewhere. If you performed a clean install as well as clearing existing partitions then it might be lost.
