Windows 7 Mouse Doesnt work properly

Hi,
as you don't say whether your using a USB mouse or the laptop touchpad you could try either changing the usb mouse to another port or re-installing the touchpad driver as drivers can become corrupted. Also have you checked that malware isn't the issue?
Try running a scan of Malwarebytes

Thanks for replying,
first of all the usb mouse and the touchpad have the problem.
second i am now doing a scan of malwarebytes.
