Windows 10 Mouse pointer broken

So last day my mouse pointer changed shape in to 2 purple/red symbols like these + + or [ ]
And i did not do anything to make it broken. The only thing i did was to change my monitor to a pg27uq 4 k monitor from asus.

I have never seen this before and i tryed to reinstall video drivers and mouse drivers

It happens at random times and after i move the pointer around a but then it gets normal again until next time.
Sometimes i cant see the pointer. like it gets invisible.

yes the mouse (what ever else) has its own driver in the firmware & the software you install to Windows allows you to "talk" to it in order to change any of the settings like what colour the lights are or how fast it tracks a click... the idea is you can then plug that device into any Windows machine and it will work the same as it does at home

Is the latest driver for video card/Monitor installed on your computer?
Does Device Manager report problems (yellow triangles with ! mark)?

Yes latest drivers installed last day
No problems in that list, but i do see 2 mouse HID 1 says logitech virtuel gaming device or something
Not sure if that is my keyboard or cam

A true gaming device is a term and it means that the device is configured to ignore Windows and uses the internal driver instead
