Windows 10 Mouse stops working randomly

Hello, Since 2 weeks i have the issue that my mouse stops working randomly and just a restart fixes the problem. I tried to uninstall all updates exept the ones i couldnt uninstall but it still didnt work. I tried 4 mouses and everytimes the same issue.
Please help me

Can you try using your mouse on safemode and check whether it working properly over there?

If it works on safe mode then check these settings:


  1. Open the Device Manager.
  1. Expand the mouse (mice) option in Device Manager by clicking the + symbol.
  2. Remove all mice listed by highlighting each device and then pressing the delete key on the keyboard.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Is special 'mouse' driver installed or are using standard drivers?
A freeze can also be the result of an overheating. Have you checked that?
