Windows 7 mov to avi/mp4 converter

I just can't find a program to convert a mov to avi and or mp4
if someone knows of a really good program that will do this in good quality
I would be very greatful, I looked all over the place with no luck

Ihave Avs4You, afew of them and they work great but now for .mov files
but I found one the works great called PCHand Media Converter Pro
