First, I searched and gave up.
Here's the deal.
Movers killed my PC so I built a new one yesterday and installed Win7.
I have my old boot drive backed up using Acronis and I'd like to find my .pst files from Outlook along with my browser bookmarks. I had no luck searching manually through the Acronis files and there is no search function.
I'd just let it restore the entire image but I don't have a spare drive right now.
Any thoughts on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
Steve

Did you export the .pst file prior to the backup? If not, check outlook and see where the folders are kept in your current install. Maybe you can import other folders using that info as a guide.
I use Acronis on my older install, but I do not remember what recovery options you have depending on if you were backing up individual files or an image backup.
