I’m using 64-bit Win 7 operating system. I had been playing downloaded mp3 files on my computer with no issues using JetAudio/Windows Median Player. Suddenly I'm no longer able to play songs at all. When I click on a song to play, it shows up in the playlist with a time of 0:00. Each day fewer and fewer mp3 files will play.

Solution
It seems like there might be an issue with the playback of your MP3 files on Windows 7 using JetAudio or Windows Media Player. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this problem: 1. Update Audio Drivers: - Make sure your audio drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause issues with audio playback. 2. Check File Associations: - Ensure that the file associations for MP3 files are correctly set to open with the preferred media player (JetAudio or Windows Media Player). You can check this in the Control Panel under Default Programs. 3. Restart the Computer: - Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary issues like this. You can check this in the Control Panel under Default Programs. 3. Restart the Computer: - Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary issues like this. Restart your computer and try playing the MP3 files again. 4. Test with Another Media Player: - Try using a different media player to see if the issue is specific to JetAudio or Windows Media Player. VLC Media Player is a good alternative for testing. 5. Scan for Malware: - Run a full system scan for malware or viruses. Malware can sometimes interfere with the normal operation of programs. 6. Check for Updates: - Check if there are any updates available for JetAudio or Windows Media Player. Updating these programs to the latest version can sometimes fix compatibility issues. 7. File Integrity Check: - Check if the MP3 files themselves are corrupted. Try playing the MP3 files on another device to see if they work properly. 8. Reset Windows Media Player: - If you primarily use Windows Media Player, you can try resetting it back to its default settings. - Open Windows Media Player, go to Organize > Options > Restore all default settings. 9. Reinstall the Media Player: - If none of the above steps work, consider reinstalling the media player you are having issues with (JetAudio or Windows Media Player) to ensure a fresh installation. Try these steps and see if they help resolve the issue with playing MP3 files on your Windows 7 system. Let me know if you need further assistance or if the issue persists!
