Clear browser history and cache: - Sometimes, accumulated browsing data can cause issues. Try clearing your browsing history, cookies, and cache. - Go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Browsing history > Delete. - Check the boxes for the data you want to clear and click Delete. 4. Check for malware: - Run a full scan of your computer using an antivirus program to rule out any malware causing the issue. 5. Update Internet Explorer: - Make sure you have the latest updates for Internet Explorer to ensure all security patches and bug fixes are applied. 6. Create a new user profile: - Sometimes, issues with a specific user profile can cause such problems. Try creating a new user profile and see if the issue persists there. 7. Use an alternative browser: - If the issue persists, consider using an alternative browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to see if the problem is specific to Internet Explorer. Try these steps and see if they help resolve the issue with your search functionality in Internet Explorer on Windows 7. Let me know if you need further assistance!
