Windows 7 My PC Won't Sleep or Hibernate

Hey all ,
I have a problem with my computer as it won't sleep, my pc specs are Intel core 2 Quad Q8300 2.50Ghz and 4.00 GB RAM and operating a 64 bit system, any help will be greatly appreciated.
