Create a USB Windows install key then boot to it by adjusting the bios to do so. (It may show up there as a hard drive, so if you can't find it, look for it like that.)
Clean install Windows from there.
If you don't know how to create the USB key, there are many links on Google showing you how.
If you don't have the Windows DVD to create the key from, you're basically out of luck entirely, unless you find a legitimate place to download the DVD.
