Hey To all and thank u i hope u can find a solution for me couse im working on it for two weeks..
first i had a red X on the white flag that informed me that my security center cant start.
i couldnt opened it so, Following other forums advices , I tried to opened the service control panel, but when I opened it, a window opened and informs:
" One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either:
1)Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page OR
2)You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.
As the result, the page might not display correctly"
Then i fix it with antispyware and some other anti malware.
Then i changed the security center properties from Disable TO Automatic, and turn the security center on- The flag disappers for 1 minute it was On! but then again the red X jumped and it said "The Windows Security Center service is Turned off"..
I under stand that its quite importent issue so ill be very happy if u will help me to fix it.
