Windows 10 Need help ASAP!

So I've forgotten the admin password to my windows 10 computer, and the email attached to it. Every time I try to get into the restrictions/security of my computer, it's completely blocked off unless you have admin rights. Right now I'm using an account without any admin privileges. I can't even download apps off of the browser. How can I either upgrade my local account to admin privileges or learn my admin password. Essentially, I need to know a way that I can hack my computer from the inside. Any help is very much appreciated!

If this is an MS Account (aka an email) then you will need follow the instructions here to reset the password https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026971microsoft-account-how-to-reset-your-password

If it's a local account you can use the Hiren boot cd and use either the NT offline password reset tool or lazesoft password reset tool on the newer versions on Hiren.
