Ok.. So here's the mess I made that I need help with.

1. I have 2HD's with one hosting Windows 7 x86 and the other hosting a Windows 7 x64
2. I finally got x64 up and usable for everything I needed so wanted to get rid of the x586 partition
3. I deleted the x586 partition using GParted
4. When I rebooted the machine, I'm getting a no OS error
5. Windows System disk can not find any install (although I can see it using command prompt)
6. Windows Repair did nothing

How do I fix this problem?

Thank.

if you got two hard drives why did you use gparted? you could go to your (Drive) and format from windows.
i think you deleted the wrong thing, not sure as the information you have given seems more then wrong in my eyes
can you put this message in more detail?
