To resolve the issue of missing devices in the Network section after installing a new router, you can try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Restart Devices: Start by rebooting your computer, NAS, C-300 media player, and any other devices on the network to ensure they are all running and connected properly. 2. Check Network Sharing: Confirm that network discovery and file sharing options are enabled on your Windows computer. Reset Network: Reset your network by running the Windows Network Troubleshooter: - Go to Control Panel > Troubleshooting. - Click on Network and Internet, then Network Adapter. - Follow the on-screen instructions to detect and repair network issues. 4. Check Homegroup Settings: If you were using Homegroup for sharing files and devices, ensure that it's still set up correctly. You might need to rejoin the Homegroup or create a new one. 5. Review Router Settings: Log into your new router's settings page to check if any settings or configurations are blocking device discovery on the network. 6. Update Network Drivers: Make sure that the network drivers on your computer are up to date. Go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for your network adapter. 7. Check Firewall Settings: Verify that the firewall on your computer is not blocking network discovery or file sharing. Temporarily disable the firewall for testing purposes. 8. Manually Connect Devices: If the automatic device discovery is not working, you can try to manually connect to the devices by entering their IP addresses in the file explorer's address bar. By following these steps, you should be able to restore the visibility of your devices on the network. If the issue persists, consider checking the router's settings and ensuring that all devices are correctly connected to the same network and workgroup/domain.
