Windows 7 No audio out of youtube, real player, etc

Hello everyone!!

I'm having a very particular problem, since Sunday I cannot listen any youtube video or play any file on Real Player, but I can play videos on VLC or Itunes. What can this be?. I have uninstalled the audio driver and install it again and it doesn't work. Im using Google Chrome as my web browser but the same problem occurs with Internet Explorer. The only video I've been able to listen was the video of the Ipad on apple.com . Please let me know something this is starting to be irritating.

This are my specs!

Toshiba Satellite A215-S4757
250HDD and 4GB RAM
Windows 7 64bit

Hi,
do you know if anything was updated on Sunday? If not, why not try system restore and go back to a time before Sunday..

The system restore worked and I changed the settings so it only checks for updates but I choose what to download and install. I completely forgot about that tool. Thanks a lot, everything's fine now.
