i get this after i restart my computer with a black screen can any one help me pleasse and thank you in advanced.

Either your drive is bad or the software is corupted. It is telling you it cannot find the boot loader. If you have the DVD try to do a repair.

what cd cause the only cd i have for this computer is to reinstall windows 7.

You may only have the manufactures restore disk, and not the MS WIN7 DVD. You would need to get the WIN7 DVD or do a restore of the PC with the restore disk. If you do this and you do not have your data backed up it will be lost. You will also have to again install all your programs. The restore disk will take the PC back to the way it was when you took it out of the box.
