Windows 7 Notepad++ Open Files in LTR

My Notepad++ interface language is RTL.
Can I still set files to open LTR?

Yes - just right click on and ltr file, select "open with", select "choose default program".

I can open files with Notepad++ but the text direction is RTL. I'd like the default direction to be LTR.
