Windows Vista OEM Vista Doesn't Work

I have recently bought a copy of Vista Home Premium OEM but I'm having problems installing it because every time i enter my product key it freezes for ages.
If i try to boot at start up and the installation doesnt show.

Can somebody plz help me?

the setup was taking along time to load no big deal.
