Windows 7 OK to delete some old programs?

I have a very old Compaq laptop - 2011 - I am not going to use it online - just using for creative stuff - I would like to speed it up a bit - I have a jpeg snipped image which shows some stuff I think I can remove but not sure. Can you tell me if any of these can be removed? Thanks. I am assuming you can enlarge the thumbnail - if not let me know and I'll post full image. thanks.

All of those could be dependencies for other programs so I'd leave them alone.
