Windows 7 Old network passwords

I am using Windows 7 at home on my Macbook pro (boot camp). After installing windows 7 I connected to the internet and it gave me two passwords and made my home network secure. The second password is the one that works within the Windows 7 environment but I managed to wipe what was called the 'old network password' or similar. Now I can't access the internet when in Mac mode as the password is not accepted.
As Windows 7 gave me the 'old netwrks password' would anybody tell me whether I can find it again or do I have to re-install it all (a real pain due to Autocad licencing).
