Surprisingly most of the search results refer to aggregating all your inboxes into one inbox, but I'd prefer something like that keeps it organized yet all in the same place.

Wow I put a lot more effort into that than I thought.
Well you get the idea.

Anyone know of such a mythical software?

Solution
Thunderbird and POBox also will do this, but they take a little more maintenance and aren't as feature-rich as the other webmails mentioned above.

Personally, I prefer Outlook2016, and I've used all of them over the years (probably 50 different E-mail and webmail clients). Of course, Outlook costs money to use, and is more of a business program, but it is the Rolls-Royce of E-mail clients in my opinion. I've been using Outlook for 20 years.

Let us know how you get on.

Solution
Any decent email client can do this. Already mentioned Outlook and Thunderbird are the bigger ones as well as Evolution.
