Windows 7 OpenGL issue

I can't seem to make OpenGl work.
I have an SiS M741 graphics controller on an laptop with 128M shared memory, 2GB total memory, AMD 2400 processor.
A program with heavy OpenGl use and the GLVIEW program both hang the system when activated.
Everything works fine with XP. So far it appears everything else works of.

The latest drivers I can find for Vista are installed.
The default driver W7 installed was totally useless (hung more rapidly)

I've tried every "fix" I could find for Vista and W7. No dice!

Anybody have a similar experience they fixed??????
Any ideas where to look??

I am having the same problem has anyone found a fix yet the rivertuner fix does not work for me.
