Use the Inbox Repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors Outlook Data File.
If Inbox Repair software fails to repair Outlook PST file, then you can use a third party PST repair software to diagnose the error of Outlook. RecoveryFix for Outlook is a professional utility. It can help you.

Hi,
If your Outlook inbox AND folders together contained more than 5,000 messages or your total PST file size is too large such as more than 250MB or especially if it's over 1GB in size, most commercial products that you pay for still may not repair your PST file.:waah: These are inherent limits within Outlook that cannot be overcome by "fix-it" software. Another thing to consider is that if you are connecting to a business Exchange E-mail server say at your work or your University it's even more unlikely that these products can repair your PST file. If you are only using Outlook for your personal E-mail addresses, you don't have to worry about that problem, just the first ones I mentioned. There are companies out there that will charge into the thousands of dollars to repair a PST file that is connecting to an Exchange E-mail server, and even then the results are not all that great.

Hopefully, the Scanpst.exe file or one of the other utilities mentioned will help you. Most people often never look at the number of messages in their Outlook nor the size of the PST file itself and are completely unawares of these limitations. If your Outlook has exceeded any of these limitations I mention above, your results will be very limited and you may have to consider rebuilding your PST file from scratch.

Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news.:(

Again, OP has never come back to give us more information on her problem and it's been over 4 months. She's either solved the problem a different way, reinstalled Windows, bought a new computer, or given up! I suggest this thread be closed.

This sounds unusual but happens a lot. Did you try the Inbox Repair tool? You call it scanpst.exe utility. As per the error report, I can say the PST file is corrupt. Via scanpst.exe, you can scan corrupt PST file for errors. You can take help of these articles to know more about scanpst.exe and how to use it -

People in this world are so careless. They come somewhere, share their problem, expect an answer. But most of them never come back.

This is not good. Since most of the Outlook users often face such problem (the OP has shared above), I've posted here something.

This is what I found at the official support page of Microsoft:
Repair an Outlook data file (.pst) file
  1. Exit Outlook and browse to one of the following file locations:
    • Outlook 2019: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
    • Outlook 2016: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
    • Outlook 2013: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15
    • Outlook 2010: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14
    • Outlook 2007: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12
  2. Open SCANPST.EXE.
  3. Select Browse to select the Outlook Data File (.pst) you want to scan. If you need help locating your Outlook Data File, see Locating the Outlook Data Files.
Note: By default, a new log file is created during the scan. You can choose Options and opt not to have a log created, or you can have the results appended to an existing log file.
  4. Choose Start to begin the scan.
  5. If the scan finds errors, choose Repair to start the process to fix them.
Shows results of scanned Outlook .pst data file using the Microsoft Inbox Repair tool, SCANPST.EXE

Note: The scan creates a backup file during the repair process. To change the default name or location of this backup file, in the Enter name of the backup file box, enter a new name, or choose Browse to select the file you want to use. You may need to run the tool several times in order to repair your Outlook Data File. In some cases, items may not be recovered if they were permanently deleted or corrupted beyond repair.
  6. When the repair is complete, start Outlook with the profile associated with the Outlook Data File you just repaired.
I hope this helps!
Regards.
Ruskin.
