Windows 7 Parental Controls?

What is this horrendous crap?

I'm trying to play GTAIV which I have done in the past but now its saying I can't due to Parental Controls.

I've added a password to my user account (the only account) and I still cannot disable this crap.

Can it be found in the registry etc?

I want this disabled completely.

That's strange.

Go to Start > Run, and type services.msc.

scroll down to Parental Controls and set it to Disabled.

Stop the Service if it's running first.

Or you can go to properties in Internet Explore, clikc the Content tab, click Parental Controls and you'll have the option to choose what games you want to play.
