Windows 7 Photo Acquisition File Not Found

So ive been trying to re-import some pictures from my ipod, and when I try to it says "no new files found". I went to the hidden "Photo Acquisition" folder to delete the file in there, but the ENTIRE folder is empty. Can somebody help me resolve this?
