Windows 7 Playing Football Manager 11 when my vaio z laptop just randomly crashes:

Hi guys, as the title says whenever i play football manager my laptop just crashes, randomly. It can be within 20mins or a couple of hours into the game, it varies. But it is getting more frequent. It has happened 3 times today.
