hello,

i have tried and tried with no luck the memory is ok the hardisk ok every thinh seems ok all the drivers up to date and i have installed everything in windows update i had enough i will leave it for the professoinal to solve it so please guys i need your help i have attached the midumb please tell me how to get rid of the blue screen ( page fault in nonepaged area.

HotSpotShield has recently become known as a cause for BSOD's. Please un-install it immediately.
Should you wish to use it again, please:
- wait until the BSOD's have stopped
- download the latest version from the HotSpotShield website
- install it
- monitor for further BSOD's

Your D: E: and F: drives all have less than 15% free space - this can affect the performance of your system and in extreme cases can even prevent you from deleting files. You can get away with 10% free space, but performance will still be impacted. Please free up the space immediately.

Un-install HotSpotShield - it is known to cause BSOD's on Win7 systems.

Remove AICharger (the USB thing that charges while the computer sleeps) - it may cause BSOD's on some systems

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] Link Removed [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012

There is a possibility that the Asus AICharger (a program to allow charging through the USB ports while the system sleeps) is causing BSOD's - but I haven't seen these recently. Just in case, please un-install the application to see if it stops the BSOD's.
