i downloaded usenext i don't like this software then i uninstalled it
then while i restarted it shows

Offhand, sounds like you pulled a virus off one of the binary groups on Usenet. You should run anti-virus and anti-malware software. If the problem persists, you should consider your system to be compromised and re-install the operating system. You may not have even downloaded the real program and instead downloaded it from a phishing site. Nonetheless, you probably have a corrupt system at this point in time.
