Windows 7 Problem transfering files between networked computers

I have 3 computers hooked together in a "Homegroup". I have it all working, finally, but the one problem I am having is if I try to transfer a larger file, say 50mb, it winn not do it. Small files like a 5mb song have no trouble, but larger files transfer for a while, then I get an error on the coputer trying to get the file, and the file the coputer is comming from looses its network connection. The one I am trying to get the files from is hooked up wirelessly. I do not know much of anything about networking. I do not know if there is a timeout type setting or somthing. Any ideas?
