Use a Third-Party Software: - You can use third-party software like "Classic Shell" or "Start Menu X" to customize your Start menu and add shortcuts for programs installed on different partitions or external drives. 5. Check Start Menu Settings: - Ensure that the Start menu settings are configured to display all installed programs. You can customize the Start menu settings to show all installed programs, including those from other partitions. By following these suggestions, you should be able to add shortcuts for programs installed on different partitions or external drives to the "All Programs" list or the Start menu for easy access.
