shlomo … welcome to windowsforum.com … nice to have you aboard.

seems it is a font issue … perhaps based on regional language settings. you could go into win-10 "region" settings and check the default system font … might say something like "hebrew (israel)". you might also be able to change certain conditions of the system font … but not entirely.

you can view more google hits yourself, by using this filter: " win-10 (1703) system font issue ". one last point, shlomo … before you change any settings … consider creating a system-restore point … that way you can always return to a former stable state.

As a follow on to Jack's last comments about using a system restore point. W10 as in earlier versions of windows such as W7/W8x does NOT have System Restore enabled. So, unless you know about this, and had turned it on at some point since you owned the computer or at least installed W10 *if it didn't come from the factory pre-installed*, at this point you cannot go back and undo the damage done by the W10 CU (Creators Update). If you had your System Restore enabled, you should backup all your personal data on that computer to external media to avoid irretrievable data loss before proceeding!
Then try and attempt the System Restore if it had been enabled, and you should be able to revert to the previous version of W10 and the problem should disappear.

If your System Restore was disabled, and this isn't possible we have some further suggestions to prevent this from happening to you again.:lightbulb:

If the System Restore failed to properly restore your W10 to the previous version, or simply made it worse, you most likely will be facing a W10 repair/reset/reinstallation. :headache:

If either of the 2 things above didn't fix your computer or made it worse, you could have faulty hardware, which is often the case when W10 updates appear to scramble your computer. We recommend that prior to repairing or reinstalling your W10 that you spend some time to test your hardware or pay a Tech to do this for you. If you wish to DIY, and test your own hardware, take a look at my free TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE available here: Windows 10 - Unclickable Task Bar

Going forward, you might consider making a Backup Image file of your working computer using one of the 3 image file backup softwares we have tested on W10: (1.) Macrium Reflect, (2.) Acronis TrueImage, (3.) EASEus TODO. External drives 1TB in size are now under $100 on ebay. Cheap insurance for pesky updates that can render your computer inoperable. These come in weekly from Microsoft, and every few months or so, another big one comes into your computer, so you need to be prepared in case disaster strikes. Most of us who tested W10 are all too aware of this situation and this is how we protect ourselves from disaster.

Best of luck,:encouragement:
