    I am so glad I found you guys! I've been getting random blue screens for the pass 3 months on my new system I put together myself. I ran memtest and it did not detect any errors. So I suspected it my was Sata 3 1tb Western Digital HD giving me issues. So I tested a Sata 2 WD HD in my sata 3 port for 3 weeks and magicially not a single BSOD. Thinking it was a defected hd I sent my Sata 3 hd for rma and got a replacment. The new replacement Sata 3 hd giving me the same issue. So I updated to that latest marvel driver but then my window 7 wouldn't boot so it repair it and windows resorted back tot he old marvel driver. Please help!!!

    APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
    This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
    bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
    calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
    Thread->KernelApcDisable field. A negative value indicates that a driver
    has disabled APC calls without re-enabling them. A positive value indicates
    that the reverse is true. This check is made on exit from a system call.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffff800033b4e96, address of system function (system call)
    Arg2: 0000000000000000, Thread->ApcStateIndex << 8 | Previous ApcStateIndex
    Arg3: 000000000000fffd, Thread->KernelApcDisable
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, Previous KernelApcDisable

    I've manage to update all the drivers after during some digging around because none of these drivers were available at the ASUS site under the model of my MB so I hope they are compatible.What do you mean by updated Marvel "Magni and Flash"? Is that 2 things? Because I just updated my Marvel Sata 6G controller driver.

    As for the Wacom drivers I have install the most recent driver. The driver itself installs 2 drivers one called "Wacom Mouse" other "Wacom Mouse Monitor". "Wacom Mouse" one lists as 2007 while "Wacom Mouse Monitor" is 2010 not sure why. I did uninstall the old ones first.

    Hopefully I have done everything correctly you asked. have to wait and see if any get another BSOD. fingers crossed

    So i updated all my Drivers including the Marvell drivers and tested for almost a week now. My computers been freezing a lot and not responding on random occasions (Chrome, Firefox, Photoshop, transferring files, installing stuff) and it would get stuck with the cursor ring spinning and doing nothing. This only started happening after i did the updates. I try to CTRL+ALT+DEL to try to get into task manager but I can't. So every time I am force to do a manual reboot.

    On one occasion of the of a manual reboots, windows was booting up, it flashed a BLUE SCREEN and rebooted itself again. So after windows started up again, I tried to find if it recorded a mini dump file for the Blue screen but there was none. Please Help!

    By Magni and Flash I mean these drivers of Marvell:

    Marvell magni
    mv91xx.sys Fri Dec 25 01:45:39 2009

    Marvell Flash
    mvxxmm.sys Fri Dec 25 01:45:15 2009

    If you have updated Marvel Sata 6G controller driver then the above drivers most likely got also updated.

    1. Attach your CPU-Z screenshots of memory and SPD tabs <-- per each slot of RAM including the empty slots.
    2. Attach your most recent .dmp's
