Hello,
I have random bsod problems. I checked memory with mem test and there is no problems. My PC is one year old, and his specifications are:

OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad 8400 2.66 GHz (4 CPU's)
Motherboard ASUS P5QD Turbo
Memory 4GB (2X2048) Dual-Channel DDR3
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
Here is my dump file, and I could use some help, thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome.

1) Disable Driver Verifier. It's not needed here.

2) Update the VIA HD Audio driver:

3) Update the Atheros lan driver from motherboard website:

L1E62x64 L1E62x64.sys Thu Jun 11 02:45:22 2009

4) Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and delete this driver:

pcouffin pcouffin.sys Tue Dec 05 09:39:30 2006

Reboot.

Re: BSOD AGAIN

You haven't updated the Atheros lan driver yet. Please do so.

Also, you very likely have a memory issue or defective memory. Please download and run CPU-Z. Then post a screen shot of the spd and memory tabs here.

Re: BSOD AGAIN

Great, the bios is set well for the memory. Now you're able to test the memory with Memtest86+ overnight 8-10 passes. If errors show, return the RAM to the manufacturer for replacement.

Let us know how it goes and also post new crash dumps if they happen.

Also, disable Driver Verifier if you haven't done so yet.

Re: BSOD AGAIN

I really would update this driver:
